    I recently purchased a bottle from Hitch and I am extremely impressed with its quality and performance. The bottle is made of durable stainless steel and has a sleek, modern design. It also keeps my water cold for hours on end, even in hot weather. One of the things I love most about this water bottle is its leak-proof design. I can throw it in my bag without worrying about any spills or messes. The wide mouth also makes it easy to fill and clean. But what really sets this brand apart is its commitment to sustainability. The bottle is made with recycled materials and the company works to reduce its carbon footprint. It's great to know that I'm not only staying hydrated but also doing my part for the environment.     The bottle is sleek and functional... and I really enjoyed using it. I received it in March. The sizes are great and even fit in the comically undersized Volvo cupholders, which is great. But after I dropped it once, the lid from the coffee broke and now leaks to point of not being able to use. I reached out to customer service twice and still have not heard a reply. I am disappointed in the durability, limited availability of replacement parts, and no response to date from customer service in over two months of attempted emails.

    So I originally found out about hitch from Kickstarter back in 2020. I thought it would be a pretty awesome thing to use and help me out day to day because I constantly had a water bottle and coffee with me when I went to work (U.S. Navy). As everybody knows, a lot of things shut down and were difficult to predict during 2020, and the same went for this project. Due to shut downs, supply chain issues, and quality assurance concerns, the project was delayed multiple times. Although it took a while for me to get the product, I loved how transparent and open the team at hitch was about everything. Week every week I could count on receiving an email, letting me know the status of progress, and what was going on. When I finally received my bottle, I was nothing less than impressed. Great design, flawless fit and finish, and definitely high-quality. I’m glad that I stuck with them, and can say that I was one of the original backers for this project.

    If you’re considering this brand, know that most of the hard work has been done. Although it may take 30 to 45 days to receive (pulled from the official website) know that the time and effort that the team has put into it from day one has been nothing short of amazing. If anyone’s interested, or in the need for a product like this, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY Like everyone else on here: myself and my partner bought 2 hitch bottles via the Indigogo at the very start of 2020 ... and in December of 2022 we FINALLY got our bottles - and they're a complete disaster. The company is a total scam. They lied in their campaign, acting as if they just needed the money to start production, but that they were ready to go. Well, after probably 20 or so emails detailing all the times they had to start over because their product wasn't working properly, they finally starting shipping - to NEW customers. Oh yes, while the vast majority of backers hadn't even gotten their bottles yet, they opened up their website for new customers to order and they were sending them out! An absolute disgrace. They also asked backers to pay (in our specific case) $110 MORE for shipping costs (for 2 bottles!!!) Over 2 years after the campaign ended. They stated that if you didn't pay you wouldn't get your product which to me should have been totally illegal. REVIEW OF THE BOTTLES: They're terrible, the weight alone is an absolute joke. I could use these bottles as 1.5kg weights (that's how much they each weigh with liquid inside!) And the quality is shocking. I'm currently waiting on a response from their no doubt useless customer service team because my partner's cup is defective! The lid for his cup doesn't fit on at all. Seriously, after 2 years of remaking your product you can't even send out two working bottles. We *should* get a full refund for a product that doesn't work, but I have no doubt that they will claim that they don't have to refund or do anything to make this right.
