I have had just a good experience overall. I love the fact I get a free gift with every purchase, and I like that new flavors are released often. I'm not a huge fan of one of their newest flavors, though: cinnamon donut. It tastes more like the fireball candy than a donut.

I absolutely love the range of flavors available for their toothpaste. I do wish they'd extend the time for some of the "limited edition" flavors, but that would be my only real complaint. Delivery time is a bit lengthy, but not the company's fault. They don't ship UPS, USPS, or FedEx which is most likely the reason for the delay, but everything is delivered in a reasonably timely manner and in excellent shape/ condition, so no major complaints there either. I do really like their whitening products. They work great, aren't harsh to my teeth and gums and provide a significant/ visibly noticeable difference. I am older and a MAJOR coffee drinker. The PAP line of products is EXCELLENT in maintaining a bright, white smile. I haven't had any issues and have been using their products well over a year now. I have purchased and used the purple line of products as well. You have to find the right toothbrush to see results and apply evenly. I purchased a soft, bamboo polishing brush (outside of their website) which works extremely well. It is still a bit messy due to the coloration, but does wonders for temporary, additional whitening effects. I don't use the purple every day, just once every so often. There are some flavors I've purchased that I wasn't a big fan of, but that's personal preference. The variety is great and they are always adding new flavors to their line which DEFINITELY keeps it interesting and fun. My kids especially like the "candy" and sweeter flavors available. My youngest is autistic so we've tried A MILLION flavors trying to find something she'll use to maintain good oral health and to encourage her to brush her teeth. I'm waiting to try the Gummi bear flavor with my next order. CAN'T WAIT!

My son found this brand of toothpaste and asked for me to purchase it - him being involved in his hygiene choices is everything! The packaging is bright & fun and the taste is great. For kids who don't enjoy the "spicy" feeling of traditional mint toothpastes - this is a big win. His favs are blue raspberry and cotton candy.

I've made several orders from Hi Smile and found their shipping to be on time, the products are well priced and they have new sales all the time if you sign up for emails. The whitening strips are one of the best products in my opinion. After trying a lot of other brands and wasting a lot of money on trays and whiteners and a variety of systems out there, these are easy to use, stay on and have worked the best for me. My teeth stay fairly white and after the first use I could see a visible difference.

Toothpaste is fun to try and v34 serum is really good. But the only thing that’s wrong about it is some of the flavors like cotton candy, it doesn’t really has a taste or smell in my opinion. Either way it’s really good for teeth and v34 serum works really well. Really recommend! Kinda expensive though but make sure to buy with deals because they give a lot of good deals.

I love this toothpaste! As someone who is neurodivergent, fun flavored toothpaste makes brushing less of a chore, and makes it exciting again! The flavor is great and the bottle lasted longer than my previous brand did (but has less product per tube) and they run deals often. Each toothpaste has a slight minty feel to it once you're done brushing, but the main flavor is delicious! The only downside is the shipping is pretty slow compared to some other companies (because they're based in Australia) and takes about 2 weeks to receive your order. However, I purchase in bulk so it isn't a huge issue for me!

Love the toothpaste and flavors

Really enjoy the flavours and my kids seem to like brushing their teeth now. Sometimes the cotton candy one can be a bit sweet The sonic toothbrush initially I set the level to high and my gums hurt afterwards but on a lower level it's so much better. I do like the way my teeth feel afterwards and also the feeling can last most of the day. I did not like the tooth stickers ....not my thing and personally I don't see the point.

The toothpaste tastes just as described. It is weird at first, but it works well. At first they sent me the wrong toothpaste sachet but was able to fix it in a timely manner, so an A rating for the customer service. I do wish the packaging was more cute because the product and website made me think the packaging would be just as fun, but they just threw it all in a parcel with no papers or anything. Overall I would recommend.

Who knew brushing your teeth would not feel like brushing your teeth with all the amazing flavour you can buy. It leaves your teeth feeling clean and the flavours are on point-me and my kids are never going back to ordinary toothpastes ever again especially when there is so many options of flavours to choose from-amazing service always too usually get delivery straight away within a few days after placing your order-could not fault them

I love brushing my teeth now. The flavors are so good and the color correction serum works very well. I'm super pleased with my purchase from Hismile 🤗

Love the products!!! The watermelon tooth paste is by far my fav!!! I use it combined with the purple toothpaste

I love the products. They’re unique and live up to the expectations. They have great deals on a regular basis to take advantage of and to get started trying out the products. The only downside is the long wait for shipping.

I ordered the whitening tray kit years ago and loved it. Then HiSmile came back around with the viral V34 serum and I couldn’t resist. Loved that, and went back for some flavored toothpaste. My kids love the Wonka! I will be back for more for sure.

My girls love the toothpaste, they got the mocha cafe and the red velvet cupcake. No complaints on the red velvet but my daughter said the mocha one smells and tastes like bologna.

I've ordered every flavor of Hsmile toothpaste that they have came out with to date. All my kids and grandkids love it and can't wait for new flavors to release! Never seen my 22ur old son brush his teeth so much! Win win

The product is great and makes the mundane a more enjoyable experience!. My initial orde got lost in its Journey to me but Customer Service replaced the order very promptly after making them aware of the problem. No complaints here!

I bought the 3 for 20 deal and got cotton candy, peach toothpaste and banana, they taste delicious! I like how it dispenses, no mess at all, and the peach tastes like a hint of mint, and the banana taste like the laffy taffy!! Would recommend to anyone!
