Reviews on Hismile’s website have a higher average rating compared to reviews on Thingtesting.
Hismile earns praise in reviews for making brushing enjoyable with vividly flavored, fluoride toothpastes like Wonka Chocolate, Blue Raspberry, and Peach Iced Tea that still leave mouths feeling clean, and for gentle PAP+ whitening options that reduce sensitivity for many. However, reviews also flag slow or missing shipments, inconsistent customer service, and mixed results from V34/purple color correctors and some whitening products, plus occasional dislikes of certain flavors or a minty aftertaste.
AI summary based on Thingtesting reviews
I was offered a significant discount in exchange for a positive review on this platform which in turn made me question the integrity of other positive reviews. It seems like brand is very good at marketing and have very active social media but what you see is a cleverly curated façade. They hand out free products in premium gift boxes to influencers in exchange for positive videos however once you order the toothpaste you learn that gift box is actually not available for a real customer and toothpaste that supposedly tastes OMG and AMAZING in reality doesn't taste like much at all. Their latest Wonka flavour lasted literally only couple of seconds and after that it's just as if you are brushing teeth with saliva - no flavour, no freshness, just a runny consistency that keeps dribbling out of your mouth. Try posting that on their Instagram page and watch your comment disappear. Ok, so not all of their toothpaste is like that, I do in fact love some of other flavours. I have serious sensitivity to mint, it hurts my mouth like crazy and it's been real struggle to look after my teeth in the menthol dominated oral care world. Until there's a better alternative, I will continue using some of HiSmile flavours (such as Vanilla, Red Velvet and Mango Sorbet) however I can't say I like the brand. They are dishonest, there's no transparency, they evade questions and completely ignore you if there's a problem. They promise free samples but don't include them in the box. They overcharge you for shipping and for the product itself. Toothpaste contains only half of the recommended amount of Fluoride and there's no hydroxyapatite or any other ingredient that would warrant the high price. I don't think it stands a chance to be ever recommended by a dentist. Unless you CAN'T use regular toothpaste, HiSmile is a novelty product for a premium price. Also, as someone who fell for the hype and got excited about trying every new flavour - I ended up with more toothpaste than I can use. Sure, I gave some away. And sure, my own fault for not using my brain. But point is, HiSmile keeps releasing new flavours and sometimes they are highly limited and other times they blatantly refuse to answer whether they are limited or not to create a sense of FOMO and encourage people to rush and order more whether they need it or not. I don’t like being played. I want transparency and honesty. And it seems like HiSmile doesn't really care about their customers, environment or anything other than profits. And like I said, they are trying to get positive reviews in exchange for 50% off.

Teeth are the first thing someone notices on your face when talking or meeting. Hismile made my teeth shine like there was no tomorrow. Love this product and need more of it to keep my teeth looking 10/10

the tooth pastes work great, although shipping takes forever.

Their purple serum is a game changer! It’s easy to use and you get visible, instant results. It’s not a long-term/permanent treatment, but a great option for when you want to go out with whiter teeth.
did not work for me at all and came damaged however customer service was very helpful and sent a replacement
Didn't made such a difference but very easy to use
Just brush your teeth 2-3 times a day, floss religiously, and make peace with your dentist. This does absolutely nothing.
Its decent!! I've used the whitening gel. purple serum and it doesn't make it as white as the commercials have advertised, but still works. I've also used the peach flavoured toothpaste and honestly really enjoy it. I got it 50% off on sale though, so not sure if I would pay full price just for the peach flavour.
Have been using the purple whitening toothpaste for about a month. Toothpaste has a good flavour and the strips are good for whitening. Would say it more maintains than drastically whitens teeth.
Does not meet the expectations. Marketing around this product is great, but sadly the only good thing about it
Based on the other reviews of this brand, I'm happy that I never repurchased and that I ever got my products at all. I bought their V34 Colour Corrector Serum, 'Coconut Whip' toothpaste, PAP+ whitening powder, and NHpro Enamel Care (discontinued, it seems) before all of these negative reviews. My package took over a month to arrive from Austrialia, and sat in one spot for a week about three times. The products themselves were alright. I felt like the NHpro Enamel Care and PAP+ Whitening Powder did nothing, while the toothpaste was the best I had used up until that point. The V34 Colour Corrector Serum did seem to lighten, or color correct, my teeth a little bit, but I had to use it daily to keep the results. I don't have much to say other than to not buy from them with all of the reviews speaking of issues. You're likely to have the same ones. If you're determined to do so, I believe Walmart is selling the toothpaste. Then again, I think my local Walmart tried to stock it and quickly changed it to Twice.'s toothpaste, which I prefer over HiSmile's toothpaste. Never saw it on the shelves, so maybe they failed to deliver even to Walmart. Update: They seem to, very slowly, be getting their toothpastes stocked. Sparingly, but they are there, including in CVS stores near me. Grab it in person if you're interested. They do taste good, and don't leave an aftertaste at all.
I used them a while ago, their previous product and didn't notice much difference, more a novelty/marketing product in my opinion
Feedback
They have since done a rebrand and launched all new products so they could be a lot better now, will maybe try again

HiSmile is a great option for teeth whitening at home! The products are easy to use, and I noticed a difference in just a few treatments without any sensitivity. Plus, the sleek design of the LED kit makes it feel like a spa treatment right in my bathroom!
Does what it advertises. If you want your teeth to look superficially whiter, the serum balances out the yellowness.
I have ordered from this site 3 times. Great fun gifting ideas- flavored toothpaste! My aaabsolutely favorite one is pistachio flavored! God, it taste like pistachio cream, but foamy! Love it!
None of these products worked as advertised. I was very disappointed as I was hopeful they did what hismile claimed to.
I was reticent in regards to trying teeth whitening treatments, but I was and still am in love with their products. They do their job, but are really gentle to the teeth. 10/10 would recommend anytime!!

Toothpastes are generally ok. I find them too sweet for my taste. It kind of feels like I am cheating with my teeth-brushing as how can something that tastes so sweet be possibly good for teeth? I am quite old-skool, so sticking with conventional minty tastes are preferred. The LED whitening device and the pods are quite cool. The device is easy to use and clean. The whitening powder has been nice to use as I wet my toothbrush first, dip into the powder then addd a bit of toothpaste on top. It is not as messy as expected and does give my mouth a "cleaner" feeling.
Didn't make a difference, better off paying to get your teeth whitened at your dentist.
