I paid almost $1000 apiece for lanterns and they are nothing like advertised The workmanship is unfinished and crude Customer service or actually, the owner of Hill Brooke, was rude and dismissive and did not care that her product was so poor She had her money and too bad for the customer

The lanterns I purchased based on the online photograph are absolutely nothing like the photograph! Besides, having no lovely patina, there are big gray blobs of welding material at every seamen corner on the outside of the lantern In over 30 years of designing, I have never seen this This family owned company is a bunch of crooks and the person I spoke to could not have cared less and when I said your photo and your product do not match each other at all she literally said "oh well"!
