The flavors of this brand are very good. I recently tried the sparkling cherry limeade and found the flavor to be very light and refreshing. I liked the light carbonation and I did get an energy boost for a bit after drinking it.

The flavor I tried from this brand offers the main two benefits I look for in drinks. I look for drinks that offer energy and hydration. My work is physically demanding at peak times, so what I have to drink directly affects how I feel for the day. This drink is great because it gives energy without dehydrating me like many other energy drinks do. The hydration aspect is something I love. The price of the drink is high to reflect the quality and the benefits it provides, but I would say this one is worth it because it does what it purports.
