However, they have some noticeable weaknesses, including a lackluster customer service experience, particularly in aspects such as refund processing, and communication between branches. Their products, while sturdy, are not stain-resistant, and their design aesthetic, while classic, is seen by some customers as in need of updating.

Love my bagpack! I've had it for years, have extensively used it for travelling and daily use. Still looks & feels new, has barely worn off. Would highly recommend these for long travel or using daily. 

Sturdy and high quality products. I wish they would update their designs a bit, but they stick to their roots. 

I've had the same Herschel Heritage Backpack for nearly a decade. It's held up over the years, and I have used it for work and travel. It's room and fits everything I need for the day. The bottom of mine has a faux-leather material that's peeled off over time, which is the only reason for the 4-star rating. 

These bags last. I've had mine for years and it's a great bag. 

I have the black hip pack, which I usually just throw over my shoulder. it is surprisingly spacious. It's well made and with a simple design and color scheme. everything they do is above average to outstanding. 

Hershel's products are SO well made. I had a Herschel backpack all through high school, and then got a new one for college just because I wanted a clean/fresh look. You can shove everything you own in these bad boys, weigh them down, and they remain sturdy/don't fall apart. If you're diligent about keeping them clean, they can be a buy-it-for-life kind of purchase. Only thing is that the material most of their backpacks are made of is absolutely NOT stain resistant. So if you're like me, and you're spilling your coffee everywhere, or have dogs who are a mess (LOL), you have to really stay on top of keeping the clean. I actually used to throw mine right in the wash and never had a problem with them, but I'd have to really get in there with stain remover and stuff. 

I have the diaper changing pad, and I love it. Perfect for on the go, or to keep in the car. The quality and designs are wonderful. Makes for a great gift, too.

it was a trend when i bought mine, never regret, still functioning really well even i have been using the bag every day. bringing it to travel with me. not too worn out. 


Not good material, no refund!!

Unfortunately a very bad experience. The backpack i have bought is not of good material at all and not as described in the website. It is too small and not worth it’s price. I had to sent it back to heschel on my own expenses and unfortunately they say they didn’t receive it. They deny that they received my bag and wouldn’t give me my money back. They are so unprofessional, they are pure Thieves !!!!

The backpack is very durable and great pattern! I do find them a bit plain without interior pockets, but I think you really don’t need the pockets.
