I've only tried the regular and the grapefruit bitters & soda from the brand. They are definitely dry and bitter like the name says. They're not necessarily for me personally, but I can drink them without issue. I like that these only have good ingredients in them.

I really like the concept with these and they offer a good NA mixer option with a liquor alternative, but the flavor profile was not my bag. I found it a little overwhelmingly bitter and the clove was a tad much.

I found out I was pregnant a week before Thanksgiving and needed an alcohol-free alternative to cocktails during the holiday season. There was little available for pregnant people, other than reg sparkling water or cider. Everything I found on the market was off-limits, due to containing probiotics, THC, CBD, nootropics, adaptogens, mushrooms, etc. Then I found Hella Bitters & Soda and was over the moon. I tried both the Classic Dry (blue) and Bittersweet (red) varieties and loved them both but liked the red better. It was slightly complex but refreshing, super carbonated and quite dry but didn’t give that weird mouthfeel of too-dry beverages, and best part was it wasn’t overly sugary or fake flavored. Delish!
