Quality products. I owe a doormat, a few smaller home goods, and a rug and all are really wonderfully made. The price can be a bit steep for some of the higher end furniture items, but was pleasantly surprised by the cost of some of their rugs!
I have a lot of HAY's small things at home and all of them either works and looks very nice.

They have some products at a very accessible price point and some that are surprisingly expensive. I'd recommend going for the more affordable items in the product line and using the money you'd spend on the more expensive furniture-type items on something a bit more unique. One thing about HAY is that it's very easy to tell the stuff is from HAY. I think that's great for small home decor items but for the bigger ticket items maybe not a great long-term investment.

Just lovely. Their design is impeccable. Beautiful colors, minimal, good quality. My house is very B/W but with some nice pops from HAY decor.

Their home items are cheaply made and not built to last despite the price point. The cost doesn’t not equate to quality and I won’t be purchasing any hay home wear items in future

I bought two crates and could not be happier. They arrived on time and were extremely easy to put together. They snapped on quickly without any instructions. They feel sturdy and look great, they come in very attractive colors

The Couple Glass by Hay is a perfect everyday dinner companion as she's both elegant and sturdy. When I first saw these I quickly imagined myself drinking a chilled glass of Lambrusco from its lip with a perfectly imperfect homemade pepperoni pizza on a Fall evening. The price point is perfect if you're clumsy as hell like me and fear of breaking them. Weighty enough to not feel precious like some glassware. Buy a set of 12, 6 for you and 6 to gift the hostess in your life!
