Was noticing Hart being mentioned by two influencers I follow from Charleston, and I'm happy to have discovered Hart. They have a huge offering of jewelry on their website and every charm you can think of. I was getting a little overwhelmed when making my purchase so I stuck to two necklaces that I can layer together. I found the quality great, shipping was fast, and the packaging was a fun experience. Price is higher than costume jewelry, but still a nice price point all considering.
