  • I ordered a second roll because my hanger made a mistake and this took too much from my first roll. Not because I ran out. Because I was replacing the first roll. Happy Wall customer service assummed I was ordering #2 roll because I ran out of roll #1. Not the case. The second roll WAS NOT a continuation from my first roll. The second roll has different shades of gold. The borders are different. So it was not even close to a continuation. I never asked for a continuation. This is something assumed. Since the second roll was not printed the same nor had same shade of color (different) than the first roll, I had to throw out the project and start again, I went with a different company. Customer Service wanted more money to print out roll #2 correctly. I will not give them yet more of my money. Especially for their mistake based on an assumption. Even if the assumption were true, it was still incorrect because the shade of gold was not the same printed color as roll #1. I am going to order paper from a different company that has integrity. Doesn't cheat their customers. Very unsatisfied. Buyer Beware.
