I spent hours researching this brand and the ingredients. I narrowed it down to two products having science-backed ingredients that might maybe most likely will help support healthy aging, and that's the Cell Renew Tonic and it's NMN ingredient and the Longevity Shot because of the NR blended ingredient. Everything else is still a bit unproven in my book due to lack of evidence, but none of it tastes bad and I certainly believe having additional B12, magnesium, and reservatrol will likely help. I have been taking the molecular hydration tablets from Cymbiotika for a while as a great way to start my morning, and I actually find that these have a less metallic taste. Still no research if molecular hydrogen really does something, however it DOES make me chug a glass of water first thing in the morning in case it does work and that is worth something. I would give 5 stars if the pricing wasn't so high and that there was legitimate peer-reviewed research to back some of the marketing claims. Some of the freebies that came with it, like the Calming Shot and Happiest Gut are fun but I don't think I would purchase again. I'm going to give it three months of the two aforementioned products that support NAD+ production and report back. It's still too soon to tell so don't let my two-stars sway you too much.
