I purchased the Happy aging gut health, NAD+ women's Longevity formula. This is capsule form which you take 3 a day. It is based on cellular level. It states that it takes 3 to 4 weeks before you can notice the difference. I will have to post an update at that time. For the gut health, it comes in powder and mix with water or drink. This I must say works good as it calms the gut. When checking out if you buy this you get free this. I received free calming shots. It tasted Ok but did not notice much of a difference. I only had this once so will also give an update later. It was packaged nice and gave free metal jar to put a one month supply in. Hopefully, it will help with hormone balance, and give cellular energy. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.

I spent hours researching this brand and the ingredients. I narrowed it down to two products having science-backed ingredients that might maybe most likely will help support healthy aging, and that's the Cell Renew Tonic and it's NMN ingredient and the Longevity Shot because of the NR blended ingredient. Everything else is still a bit unproven in my book due to lack of evidence, but none of it tastes bad and I certainly believe having additional B12, magnesium, and reservatrol will likely help. I have been taking the molecular hydration tablets from Cymbiotika for a while as a great way to start my morning, and I actually find that these have a less metallic taste. Still no research if molecular hydrogen really does something, however it DOES make me chug a glass of water first thing in the morning in case it does work and that is worth something. I would give 5 stars if the pricing wasn't so high and that there was legitimate peer-reviewed research to back some of the marketing claims. Some of the freebies that came with it, like the Calming Shot and Happiest Gut are fun but I don't think I would purchase again. I'm going to give it three months of the two aforementioned products that support NAD+ production and report back. It's still too soon to tell so don't let my two-stars sway you too much.

So I love this anti aging shot! I feel like I have seen slight improvements in my skin bounce lately. The flavor is pretty tasty as well, I definitely look forward to it everyday. Would love it if they had a more earth friendly packaging, like a giant bottle with a daily measuring cup to pour yourself. The shot bottles do make for a quick grab though. Overall I love this product and have been recommending Happy Aging to all my beauty Queen bio hacking friends.

I definitely feel a difference when I'm consistent with these shots! Easy to drink, tastes good, and feel like I've gotten a few compliments on my skin since I started taking them. I just got this product and took it midday. The taste was good and everything felt fine. Then when I went to sleep I woke up a few hours later with explosive diarrhea and vomiting. I spent roughly two hours in the bathroom. It felt like I had food poisoning. I automatically blamed it on eating chipotle but that still didn’t make sense as I have two small children that had the same food as me and didn’t get sick at all. The only thing that was different about my regular routine and diet was this supplement. After researching it turns out that taking NAD especially if your body isn’t use to it can cause very unpleasant side effects like what I had experienced. I had just started taking NAD pills prior and those never caused me any issues but when I saw happy aging I thought this looked like a more effective product. It’s been a day and I am still recovering from this horrible experience. Maybe this stuff was too strong for me? Maybe I need to take half a bottle instead to get my body accustomed to it? Whatever the case may be I am now extremely hesitant on consuming this again.
