Very convenient and easy to remember and IF you follow their instructions to take all 3 capsules BEFORE you drink alcohol, it seems to give you a better “day-after”. For me, I make sure to eat and drink electrolytes and flavonoids, so I prefer my approach avoiding magnesium stearate intake. Otherwise, highly recommend!
