Gu Energy Labs reviews and discussion

Gu is my favorite energy gel! I love the flavors and they taste super yummy. The chocolate one, espresso and caramel are my favorites. The ones with caffeine does not make me jittery at all but rather full energy to run.

I really like the small regular gels they have as they fit in my pocket so much easier than other gels and are easy to open - I have some flavors I like and some I don't like but overall I feel like these are a solid choice for experimenting with gels for the first time as they have mahy options as well!

Gu is a tried and true fuel brand - it does the job. They're what I started out with when I began running longer distances, and they're a classic ol' reliable. I've found I prefer the texture of some newer running fuel brands, but Gu is definitely one that I'd turn to if I couldn't get others.
