It all started with one mind-boggling fact: pets consume 20% of the world's meat and fish production and the pet food industry produces over 100m tons of CO2 every year. We're here to make pet food more sustainable by replacing traditional sources of protein (like beef, chicken, salmon, etc.) found in pet food with insect protein. Yep, you read that right. Insects.
We partner with global leaders in biotech and insect farming to create sustainable pet food that has everything your dog needs to thrive (except for very large sticks).
You're probably thinking, "why insects?"
Firstly, compared to livestock farming, insect farming produces 96% less CO2 emissions per kg. Secondly, insects provide up to twice the amount of protein per kg compared to chicken. The protein is also hypoallergenic, which is great news for itchy dogs - allergies are so last season!
All our products are vet-approved, made in the UK, and grain-free. They're also delicious!
