Customized nutrition aspect is really cool - they can do with a blood test (takes a few weeks) or after taking a quiz on their website. And the product mixes well, tastes great, and is really nutrient dense - lots of protein, fiber, and nutrients in very low calories.

I tried Goode Health and it made my stomach bloated and upset. After 15 days I stopped using it because it made me feel worse. I returned back to Ka Chava. It was a totally bad experience for me. My system rejected this product.
