I tried this brand a few years ago with their original wedges and was definitely put off. Fast forward to this year when I tried their new olive oil shreds, and it's like they weren't even made by the same brand. I highly prefer the taste of the cheddar shreds over the mozzarella ones, but both are good. They melt well when making nachos but not so well when trying to get them to melt onto food over stovetop.

I had high hopes for this product so I made some pizza wraps for lunch. To my surprise the cheese shreds didn’t melt AT ALL. The long shreds of cheese are rather flavorless and the texture dry and hard so it’s a little like eating cardboard. It sat in the fridge for weeks because nobody wanted to eat it. I finally added it to a salad and surprisingly it was much better like that. I won’t be buying it again, but I will use what’s left of this package til it’s gone.

I am pretty open to non dairy items and love monk dairy milks. I didn’t like this cheese though! The texture was so off to me. I like the branding and packaging but I can’t get past the texture. The taste was fine!

I recently tried this new plant-based mozzarella cheese on my homemade pizza. It melted very nicely and I love that it has olive oil rather than coconut oil. It melted way better than other vegan cheeses I have tried and it has no weird undertone that some plant based cheese have.

I liked this brand! When I used it in cooking, it tasted like regular cheese. I’d buy it again if it was on sale!

I like that they add calcium to make more nutritionally similar to cheese and, yes, the olive oil cheese is pretty good. I am excited to see this plant-based cheese brand grow and I would be most excited to see avocado oil cheese next :)
