Best of Thingtesting4.5

Ghirardelli earns strong reviews as a reliably good chocolate brand that excels in baking and gifting, with standout brownie mixes and smooth, rich dark chocolate (notably Sea Salt Almond, Peppermint Bark, and Blood Orange). Reviews also flag inconsistencies—some filled bars read mediocre, occasional lack of detectable sea salt, and a few tasters prefer other premium brands—making the core chocolate solid rather than transcendent for everyone.

Extremely delicious and chocolatey brownie mix. This is definitely a premium product compared to other mixes. Often sold at Costco, totally worth buying in larger quantities. Chocolate chips inside create a gooey and moist brownie.

We use Ghirardelli for baking, and find that they're perfect! My husband makes incredible cookies with them. I love that they offer different percentages of cacao so you can perfectly tailor it to whatever you might be cooking or craving.

I really like Ghirardelli chocolate chips. I like the semisweet and the white chocolate chips. I am not a fan of the ones without added sugar. I think there are better brands out there but they are more expensive.

Ghirardelli chocolate is worthy of the title of gourmet chocolate. I like the option of different levels of cacao in the dark chocolate along with the different flavors, such as sea salt almond. I often find dark chocolate bitter, but Ghirardelli dark chocolate has just the right blend of ingredients to be a tasty treat.
