Reviews mention

  • Chic, luxurious packaging
  • Complex, bitter flavor profile
  • Versatile mixing options
  • Convenient, tasty canned spritzes
  • Punishingly bitter aftertaste
  • Murky, cloudy appearance
  • Short post‑open shelf life
  • Inconsistent flavor distinctness

Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

  • Not only is the entire brand experience worth following on social media, but the product is also awesome. Ghia is for-fronting a new wave of non alcoholic spirits. It has a very interesting taste that allows for the feeling of "having a cocktail with friends" without having the actual alcoholic cocktail.

  • My friend was doing some consulting for Ghia so he sent me a bottle to try out. My bf and I became instantly obsessed, mixing a bit of Ghia with seltzer and putting it over ice. This drink lovingly took on the name "Concoction" and we finished the whole bottle in a week. The taste is bitter and herby, but not aggressively so. It feels so nice to sip it after a long day!!! I've been sober for 5 years and this is the first time I've ever been convinced by a non-alcoholic drink. It also helps that the packaging is incredibly chic.

No notes for the bottled aperitif. 10/10. I would say the canned spritzer version needs a bit more spritz.

  • Ghia is the rare non-alcoholic product that rises above. Fully confident in itself, rather than making excuses for what it's not. Herbal, bitter and with enough complexity and astringency to fight back when sipping - it's the perfect companion to settle down with on a weeknight.

  • The branding is amazing first off. Drink is bitter, but its fun that there are so many different types of drinks you can make!

  • At this point pretty much everyone knows Ghia's great, but everyone SHOULD know Ghia's great. So tasty, suuuuch a great sipper.

    Bigger bottles ':)

  • I love Ghia so much I wrote a whole newsletter about it a few months ago! I’m trying to minimize my alcohol consumption and I love that this feels and tastes like something akin to an aperol spritz. I like the bitter, complex flavor profile. It tastes more interesting and has more depth than other booze-free spirits I’ve tried. The new Le Spritz cans make enjoying the drink that much easier since it’s already mixed and well-balanced with other ingredients.

  • I love things that are bitter and if you like the taste of Campari or Aperol, then you should like Ghia. It's very herbal, and I've enjoyed it on the rocks and with soda water. Definitely has a euphoric feel, maybe I'm imagining the clarity but I definitely enjoyed it as an alternative to alcohol when I'm not feeling like getting too spirited away.

I supposed storage but with anything that is relatively fresh, it should be fiNished within a few days or a week or two.
