AVOID THIS COMPANY . I purchased a flat iron. The second time I used it , it exploded in my face causing severe burns. I immediately reached out to the company. I sent them all the info requested, along with photos. It’s been 5 months and still no reply. I have sent several emails , they totally ignore them. Worst customer service ever. Definitely not a reputable, reliable, professional company. AVOID GHD .
