I tried out the day and night time GEMS. The day one tasted horrible so I stopped using it. The night time one is pretty good so I kept at it. The things I don't like: they are too large and get stuck in my teeth; I am pretty sure I ended up with a cavity from chewing right before bedtime, even though I floss and brush afterwards; I also tried to change/delay the shipments when I had too many, and the change wouldn't process. I also tried to cancel my subscription, but they sent me a shipment and claimed that I didn't do it in time before the next shipment went. I am certain I delayed the shipment because I still had a month's left to use, and then I cancelled. Nothing went through. They were just trying to get the last sale out of me, and I don't appreciate it nor their customer service. It's pretty shady.

TOTAL SCAM! I purchased the $5 trail size and was automatically charged a week later for a 1 month supply. I emailed the customer service the SAME day I received notice that the order was "Processing" and was told that the order had already shipped....I didn't receive the order for over 3 weeks. I didn't even open the box. I emailed them again to ask to return the unopened box for a refund and they said that I had to email them within 3 days of receiving the "notice of order process" and that they do not accept returns - even of unopened packages....also, the trails were GROSS.
