I continue to be delighted when I research supplements, that Garden of Life is always a top choice for quality ingredients and products. I take a scoop of this powder every morning in my hot tea to help me from the inside out. The powder is indeed flavorless, but note that dropping it into hot liquid does result in some clumping that you'll have to stir to disperse. I ordered via Amazon and plan to repurchase and continue as I increase my workout routines. The packaging is typical for a powder and is a little cumbersome at times because the nearly 20-ounce container is quite large as well as the screw top lid.
