purchased a puffer jacket from the Garage, the first one ripped and they refunded me, and sent me another coat, the second coat received Nov 11 2025 and it was ripping with in the coat, i called and sent pictures of the rips but they would not help i wanted another coat,but . as it was 3 months over the refund return date. i called feb 9th and messaged x 3. finally got a person to talk to, but no returns. ,
I have purchased a few different items of clothing from this brand, and have really mixed feedback. I think it's a bit of a fast fashion brand. I bought a tank top from this brand, and it didn't seem to be a particularly well made or high quality item. I also bought a cashmere sweater from them, and this was a beautiful piece of clothing. The quality is fantastic, and it's lasted a while with absolutely no complaints.
