I am super unimpressed with the sorry state in which the order arrived. The only undamaged item was the body wash pump, every single deodorant mini, body bar, and all three refill cans for the body wash were battered, dented, or open. I get they’re trying to be eco with the packaging but when everything arrives crushed and looks used and dingy, it’s not really promising and doesn’t exactly make me trust the products. I would be ashamed to gift any of this junk to a friend given the sorry state it arrived in. The soap boxes were open in the parcel, the mini deodorants and are crushed and some look pre-used maybe or smushed by fingers? Idk. And also all three body wash cans are dented, which makes them look rough cos it’s visible even inside the pump. Oh and customer service’s pathetic response was to offer a 10% discount on my next order and basically tell me they will only replace things that are damaged beyond usability. You should see the pictures. LOL. As if I’d ever order from them again given this debacle. Purchase at your own risk. 🤷♀️
