By far the best gluten-free pretzel I have ever had. I really love the flavor and crunchiness. They are my favorite snack paired with hummus. I highly recommend these. I have not tried their other products, but I would imagine they are good too!

I'd love to try more of the products because the one I did try (cauliflower chips) were amazing! I love that no flavourings, artificial or natural. It taste good because it is well made with the following ingredients: Plant based flour blend, (potato, cauliflower, rice, carrot, beet, spinach, broccoli, tomato,shiitake mushroom), sunflower oil, potato starch, sea salt, cassava starch, garlic, parsley, celery seed.
From the ground up are great healthy snacks. The use of cauliflower and butternut squash in their production is appealing to me. I like the cauliflower chips. They make a tasty alternative to traditional potato chips.
Tried both the sea salt flavored crackers and the cheddar flavored cauliflower puffs and they’re pretty good! The sea salt one does taste pretty strongly of cauliflower, but you basically can’t taste the cauliflower in the cheddar puffs so I’d recommend those if you’re not too fond of cauli. Texture is good too.
