I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered chocolate and it arrived completely melted. When I reached out to express my concern, the representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering a solution, they blamed me for not selecting 2-day shipping—even though that option wasn’t clearly emphasized at checkout. They also said it was my fault because the temperature was over 80 degrees, which feels like a convenient excuse rather than taking responsibility for shipping perishable items properly. I expected better customer care and accountability. I won’t be ordering from here again.
