I got the apple cider vinegar gummies after they went viral on TikTok and although people weren't wrong about them being nice, I found they didn't really do anything for my body such as helping with bloating.

I got the Green supplement, fast delivery through amazon, lovely packaging, and I actually like the taste (not for everyone though). I gave it a 4 because it didn't have a wow factor, but all good for the rest!
