I returned my order of three pillows before it even arrived due to the unacceptable customer service I experienced. I received an email on Friday saying the package had shipped, but by 8:35 PM Tuesday FedEx still showed it hadn’t been given the package. When I contacted their concierge (customer service), the responses were consistently condescending rather than helpful. For a brand positioned as a luxury product, I expected far better customer service. I would have called a supervisor, but they don’t list a phone number on their website. Since I returned the package unopened, I can’t comment on the product quality—only the disappointing customer experience.
