Pepper flakes taken to a whole new level! All of their combinations are delicious, great on everything that needs a little kick, from pizza to popcorn. Fun to experiment with in different recipes. Dark and Smokey is my current favorite.

Have only tried the 4-pepper blend. Great heat/flavor and you can tell these peppers are high-quality sourced. I would love to get my hands on the Hatch Valley blend, or, perhaps, I will have to buy the kits. The price point is high, but I kind of get it especially if it is labor-intensive, or produced in tiny batches, etc. That being said, their attention to quality control + flavor is great. I would love to try more.

I first bought 4 Pack Gift Set for my husbands stocking 3 Christmas ago. It came with Four Pepper Blend, Hatch Valley Green, Dark & Smoky AND Sweet Heat. When we ran out of those I bought the 5 pack that added the "I Can't Feel My Face.” Of them all the Hatch Valley Green and Sweet heat are my Favorites. My husband loves the Dark & Smoky and I Can't Feel My Face.

Far superior in flavor, spice, and heat consistency compared to just standard crushed red pepper flakes. Their Hatch Valley Green flavor adds more depth to my pasta sauces. I keep it with me everywhere I go. I called the company personally. Their customer service is gold standard and they've made a lifetime customer out of me. Best holiday gift I've received that's changed the way I eat my food.
