I was super excited to place an order especially for my niece who loves sour strawberry candy and has a graduation party coming up. I placed the order and the email said 3-6 business days for shipping and handling. After over 6 business days and only promotional emails trying to sell me more of their items I finally contacted them asking about the eta. I was told normally it takes 3 days, but their really busy so they'll let me know. I waited a few more days, got a few more promotional emails and still my order hadn't shipped. I finally emailed them asking if my order would arrive 3+ weeks after I had placed it (in time for my nieces grad party). I was told at this point that they couldn't give me an ETA for my order. What? If it wasn't for the multiple emails trying to sell me more of their items, I probably would have had a better experience, but this is ridiculous. I ended up having to cancel my order and search a bunch of other places to find anything similar. Not a good look, if I could give less than 1 star I would. They did reply quickly to my emails, so I guess the 1 star is for that.
