  • I placed an order 1/27/25, it had an estimated arrival date of 2/6-7, I paid for quicker shipping (I believe, but they make sure your requested shipping details are not noted on their invoices after order). Either way, the week my items should have arrived I still hadn’t received any shipping notice or tracking number. I reached out and heard nothing. I received another innocuous email about it arriving but again it’s a general order email just like the first one I got and has no tracking information or any other information with detailed shipping info. It is now the estimated day of delivery and still no word from them. I’m afraid I’m going to have to dispute this as fraud with my credit card company. Do not order from this company if you need something by a specific date, it may never arrive!

  • Like the other reviewers said, BEWARE. This is a fraudulent company. I spent $90.99 on a table lamp Nov. 21, 2024. Here it is a few days before Christmas. I emailed them and my response last week was they created a ticket and they would get back with me. There's no phone number to reach out and discuss anything. The email said to give them 24-48 hours. I waited 4 days later and still nothing. I emailed again and still NOTHING. I contacted my credit card company to dispute this FRAUD. I wished I would have read these other reviews before ordering from them. You will NOT get your merchandise. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..AT ALL. Aqua Scott

  • I made a purchase with Filtrum Home on November 15th for several specialty glass items. In December 01, I sent an email inquiring about my order. I received an email the very next day regarding my inquiry which stated “Upon thorough investigation, it has come to our attention that the package did not reach you due to a transit mishap. To rectify the situation, we have two options for you: Replacement Shipment: We are more than willing to send you a replacement package. You can expect the new shipment to arrive within 7-14 business days. Full Refund: Alternatively, we can process a full refund for both the item and shipping charges.” I figured they were behind because of the holidays, no big deal. Well, I never received the product. So I emailed AGAIN, December 20, and got the same generic response. This time I requested the items again and asked for someone to call me. No one called me. January 25 I email them and tell them, I have never received a refund or my product. Now, I know it’s June, but I’ve been under immense stress from getting hit by a drunk driver in December, returning to work in the beginning of February and that being a disaster. I had a stroke in 2020 so my memory is horrible when I’m under a lot of stress, so I forgot about this. I remembered recently, and have been emailing this company, calling, and I am getting NOWHERE. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THEM.

    I had the same experience with them. At least you got a response from them. i purchased a candle warmer from them over a month ago that they never shipped. I reached out to Paypal which is when they finally sent it. The shipping address shows Miami. I also live in Florida so that was ridiculous they hadnt sent it. Once I received the item, it was an Australian plug on it! WTF?! I reached out to Filtrum through a claim with Paypal again, their customer service email and their FB page. They never responded! Paypal did end up giving me back my money. This company is a scam and I advise people to not buy from them. But if you do, you better use Paypal or some service that you can get your money back. They used to be on Etsy as well and I see they no longer are. I am sure Etsy kicked them off the platform. One more thing, their site is not consistently up. IT is always offline and not working after you spend your $$.
