The worst customer service experience ever !!!?…..unfortunately this did not work for me. Several emails back-and-forth requesting to return and cancel …..no response until the 30 day window was passed. Then the responses and correspondence back-and-forth was why I wanted to cancel? Two replacement shipments later, they have yet to cancel my order. I am now disputing with my credit card company.

I've had this for a little over 6 months. If you're anything like me, you'll do anything to get rid of acne, and that's why I picked it up. Do I think it's great to have a filter on your water faucet? yes. Do I think it necessarily helps, maybe? I got mine on sale and TBH I wouldn't buy it if it wasn't. I don't think it necessarily brightened my face either, there are actives out there that are much better at the job.

My sink water finally doesn't smell like rotten eggs! I was debating on whether or not I truly needed a filter for my sink but after a few months I couldn't stand the smell of the tap water from my new place so I decided to splurge. It was a pretty decent price for the pack of 2. Installation was not too hard and when I popped my old filter off I saw all the disgusting gunk that had been stuck to the old filter and touching my water. I would recommend this just for the fact that it gave me the chance to clean all that out.

Maybe I have a weird sink, but I found this incredibly difficult to install. I’ve wasted an hour and still can’t get it on.

I live in miami so the water here is filled with chemicals! I bought this a few months ago and my face has soft skin. I have the silver one and am about to purchase the black one for my sister! she will love it

I love this thing!!! I had a little trouble getting it situated on my faucet but after reaching out to the brand they helped me trouble shoot it. It works very well and I can tell a huge difference in my skin. I have very dry, sensitive skin and my skin is less inflamed and much softer after a week of using the filter. I’m very pleased with it and just bought extras to give as gifts for family.

First filter = amazing. Replacement filter = terrible. Customer service = the worst experience I’ve ever had. I bought the Filter Baby and loved it. My skin was glowing, clear, and I was genuinely impressed. So, when it came time to replace the filter, I happily paid for a new one. That’s when everything went downhill. The replacement filter caused my skin to break out every time I used it. I figured it must be faulty—no big deal, that happens. What should’ve been a quick fix turned into a total nightmare. I reached out to customer service expecting a simple resolution. Instead, I’ve been stuck in an exhausting 17-day-long email chain with zero results. They told me they’d send a replacement and that I’d receive a tracking number “soon.” Three days later? No tracking number—just a request for more photos. Then I was passed to another rep, who asked me the exact same questions the first person already asked. Round and round we go. This company is dragging out a simple issue over a $40 product and ruining what could’ve been a loyal customer relationship. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—not because of the product (the original was great), but because the customer service is absolutely incompetent. Do better, Filter Baby.

I feel so much better using tap water to wash my face now. As someone with acne-prone skin, I'm super cautious about water quality.and this filter has been a game-changer. I even brought it with me to Georgia and used it in the hotel because I didn't want to risk breakouts from unfamiliar water. It's sleek, easy to install, and honestly, it's worth the hype.

Filter baby has saved my skin from the harsh water in N Michigan!! I can always tell whenever I need to change my filter because my skin starts to get super sensitive and break out.. luckily filter baby prevents that!! Life saving

Filterbaby has transformed my skin!! My acne has cleared and my face is soooo much smoother & hydrated!! I was very skeptical at first but this product is now a must have!!

My skin is clearer after a month of using filterbaby. I used to have pimples and marks from acne/pimples. I believe filterbaby helps clear out my skin issues because that’s the only product I started to used a month ago.

Great filters and excellent customer service

The FilterBaby faucet filter has improved my skin & skincare routine over the past few years that I've been using it. I had the original & upgraded to the 2.0 model when it was released. I have perioral dermatitis which is a chronic skin conditions & greatly benefits from filtered water during not only facial cleansing, but also dental hygiene as well. My only complaint is, as someone with limited mobility & low grip strength, it's very difficult to change the filters. Otherwise- I highly recommend & I would love to try the shower filter next!

This filter has helped my skin texture and overall dryness. We have incredibly hard water and each time I’ve washed my face or hands, they start to crack. After installing the filter, I already see and feel a noticeable difference.
