The FilterBaby faucet filter has improved my skin & skincare routine over the past few years that I've been using it. I had the original & upgraded to the 2.0 model when it was released. I have perioral dermatitis which is a chronic skin conditions & greatly benefits from filtered water during not only facial cleansing, but also dental hygiene as well. My only complaint is, as someone with limited mobility & low grip strength, it's very difficult to change the filters. Otherwise- I highly recommend & I would love to try the shower filter next!

My skin has healed so nicely with the filter baby sink attachment. I struggle with acne and it doesn’t help living in a place with hard water. The difference in my skin is truly amazing!

This filter has helped my skin texture and overall dryness. We have incredibly hard water and each time I’ve washed my face or hands, they start to crack. After installing the filter, I already see and feel a noticeable difference.

I thought everything about the filterbaby was awesome! It really was pretty easy to install - and I suck at putting most things together lol. I thought one thing that could be improved would be adding the names of the parts used to install the filterbaby on the actual parts or by them on the box. I figured it out with a little trial and error, but it could have been a tiny bit clearer.

My experience with Filterbaby was amazing! Such an easy install and I could tell a difference so quickly! No more smell with my water. I need one for every faucet!

The only positive proces was ordering it. I received it within a reasonable time frame. After that point, it’s been downhill from my experience with the product to the customer service. Their 100% fit guarantee is false and their risk free guarantee is false as well. I destroyed my aerator in the process of trying to remove it. With their customer service, it takes days to receive a response (or receive no response at all especially if you can’t use the product). I spent almost a week and hours of my life trying to install it. When I did the video call to help with install on day 5 (bc there are limited time slots for an appt), it was determined that they couldn’t get this to fit on my faucet. When told they’d send me a label, I specifically asked the agent if I’d be fiscally responsible for the return shipping and she told me basically not to worry about it and I wouldn’t be (since it wasn’t that I was dissatisfied, it was because it couldn’t even be attached). So now I’m out return shipping, possibly a restocking fee (which is about 15% of the total cost of the product), and cost to replace broken aerator. Had to reach out to them to get the actual return label. (Once you submit the return, you have to fill out a form that they review prior to sending out the label). Ordered another item prior to this experience and after 10 days of no notification, reached out on my own, and then they shipped it the following day. I’m currently 19 days from placing the order of they item and have not physically received (but it is in transit). My only hope is that I can leave a positive review of that product bc so far I am beyond dissatisfied with how this company operates.

Been using the Filterbaby for a month now and it doesn't leave my skin tight and dry. My state has very hard water, and this has been an easy installation item to help counteract the hardness of the water.

Can’t wait to try our filter baby2.0 and see the results over time ! I’ve seen and heard so much about it and hope it will help with dry skin and having clearer glowing skin!

I've struggled with acne and redness for a while, and after using this product, I noticed a significant improvement. My skin looks calmer, the inflammation has decreased, and the overall redness has faded. I’m so impressed with how quickly I saw improvements. Within 1-2 weeks I noticed the changes! highly recommend!

Filterbaby has absloutely changed my skin for the better! The water where I am out grossed me out completely when I ran a pot of water and it came out super cloudy never experienced anything like it before so I started looking around for filters for my sinks. Filter baby is amazing and to top it off its pink so it just gives an even more cuter sleek look. The settings are amazing. Love my filterbaby and cannot wait to get the shower head.

I’ve been using FilterBaby faucet and shower head for about a month now and have already seen results! I’ve always had dry skin and stubborn redness on my cheeks that have finally improved. I also feel like my scalp isn’t itchy and my eczema isn’t as arresting since switching too.

First time filter baby purchase. Easy install and looks great on my bathroom faucet. I am already feeling and seeing a difference in my hands and face. Happy customer!
