Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a pair of loafers in November. They sent a product that wasn’t advertised in photos. I explained it to them. They take days to respond. They said they’d send the correct product. They never sent it. They continued to say that “they’ll get it out ASAP”. I continued to follow up so they offered a 20% refund for the inconvenience. Then after not hearing back again, I continued to follow up. They said because they sent a 20% refund they no longer have to send me the correct product. THEY SENT A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT ADVERTISED. I ordered them in November. It is almost February. No refund. No correct product. Just delaying and horrible service. Would NOT ever use this awful company again.

Got a shoe with terrible stitching. No response from customer service even after the "1 business day". I mailed them that I wanted to return the shoes I ordered and never got a response. They started counting the return period when I ordered instead of when I received the shoes, which is at least 3 days earlier. So now I'm stuck with a shoe with terrible stitching and customer services not returning my mails. This company can get bend too.

Disclaimer, I bought these shoes from a thrift store. I still had to break in the shoes for a couple of weeks but with that being said, these are very high quality. The downside is that it is not so comfortable new. These are more for fashion or walking around, so I do not recommend for athletic purposes. These are very durable casual wear sneakers.

Ordered shoes here with Black Friday deals. After a week I still didn't receive a track and trace email. So I contacted them. It's very busy at the moment, the shoes will arrive a bit later they said. Understandable! Now after 2.5 weeks still no track and trace! I contacted them again because the wedding is in a week and I ordered the shoes for that. It turns out that the shoes are no longer there. Something went wrong in their department store they told me. Now I have chosen shoes of the same price that I didn't like better but because the Black Friday prices are now gone I am forced to take these. So I had to contact them myself otherwise I would have been without shoes on the day of the wedding. I am very upset about this and also that I am now not getting the shoes I wanted! To ease the pain they offer me a 20 EU discount on the next purchase. Because this is in their policy. But I think this is very low for a disappointment of this magnitude. Very unfortunate!! And I thought the communication that the shoes would not be delivered was very bad!! A brand like filling pieces has left me as a customer very dissatisfied!!
