I just purchased 4 place settings of their wave dinnerware including dinner plates, side plates, bowls and a platter. They are smaller than average American dinnerware which was a surprise but not a problem for me personally. Unfortunately there are problems: they are so incredibly delicate despite claiming they are made of the highest quality ceramic. My spouse and I ate off of the dinner plates one time and both of our plates have marks from the silverware that will not come off with a sponge or in the dishwasher. Speaking of the dish washer, one of the bowls cracked when washed for the first time. They are cute but are practically disposable. Not sustainable at all.

Just got 2 of the wave glasses and one has broken after putting an ice cube in before the liquid. We contacted customer service and here's the response: "I'm sorry to hear that one of your Pink Wave Glasses has broken. Whilst our glassware is durable and dishwasher safe, unfortunately dropping a hard ice cube into a glass can lead to a breakage happening. We do mention this on our website, as well as the outer packaging that our glassware comes in and the packing slips sent with each order to not put ice into the glassware before liquid. I'm sorry that we won't be able to replace this piece for you, we also do not offer single glasses for purchase. Thank you, I hope you are enjoying your week." So $40 down the drain. Will not be ordering again. If you're thinking that maybe I was a bit rough with the ice cube, I can assure you that my hand was below the rim when I let go of the cube. This is obviously a bigger problem as they also so this on their website: "Do not put ice into the glasses and carafes before liquid as hard ice cubes may cause damage to the glass. Always be gentle when placing onto hard surfaces."

I love my tiny incense holder – it came with black sand to put inside. Its so little and cute!

The cutest glassware! Absolutely love these 10/10 recommend!

I own two items from this brand (carafe and balance case) and the quality is shocking! Both have broken without reason - the carafe developed a hairline crack after two uses, and the balance vase broke from having flowers in it! I’ve got plenty of glassware from similar brands and have never had any issues. The brand was super unhelpful about it, which is the reason I’ve left this review. Really disappointing for the price point, there are so many better options out there.
