I’m a pescatarian, and my order came with multiple meat items (probably my fault- did not know I was getting another box, it's just auto-submitted). That alone is frustrating, but it somehow got worse. The food that was edible was bland and disappointing. Then, while eating the baked salmon, I found a long hair in my food. Completely unacceptable and honestly gross. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility or making it right, they told me to reorder. That response says everything about how little they care about food safety and the customer experience. I should have read the reviews here before trying this. Terrible experience from start to finish. I won’t be ordering again.
