  • Terrible patient care and awful customer service! I have eczema and after paying for the initial consultation fee, I received two messages from a physician and then radio silence…no treatment plan, no prescriptions, nothing. I requested a refund and was told no! AVOID THESE PEOPLE

  • I scheduled an online consultation, sent in photos and typed up a description of my issues. I never even talked to a doctor. They supposedly were going to send in a prescription but it never got sent. I sent several follow ups asking over the span of 2 weeks. Finally I asked for a cancelation and refund. They only refunded half my fee. Such a scam! I used another telemed company and had a prescription cream at the pharmacy for pickup within hours

  • I've struggled with eczema for as long as I can remember and was really excited to try Facet because it's so hard to fit in regular dermatologist appointments. The platform has potential, but I didn't feel like the provider actually read my consultation notes because they immediately prescribed steroid topicals that I said had been ineffective and gave me bad sad effects + withdrawal symptoms. When I redid my consultation (under the provider's instructions) to submit new photos and give detail on the latest round of side effects, the platform was really buggy and the provider was unable to find my re-submission. Customer service wasn't very helpful, and I got a new support person each message so I was just explaining the same thing over and over again. The platform felt clunky and the overall service was a big let down.

  • Very horrible me experience. The doctors did not take their time to understand what was going on with me and my eczema. They kept requesting more documents for my insurance and when given would take 3 or more days to respond. Definitely felt like a huge scam and a waste of money. You’re better off going into your dermatologist for an rx which is what I ended up doing.
