This will go down in my personal history as the dumbest item I've ever purchased. Extremely low quality, threads popping out everywhere, nothing like the photo. I'm afraid to throw this sweater in the wash because based on just simply wearing it around the house, this thing is about to unravel completely. They should put a warning on this $162 piece of clothing that you should not be nearby to anything that this could potentially snag on, because it will undo the whole stitch In that area of the sweater. Another influencer cash grab with cheaply made products overseas

My partner bought me a card holder from EOT For Christmas. It’s only been over 4 months now since I opened the box and started using the card holder. Considering I have 1 card per slot, it shouldn’t be in the condition it is. The corners peeling, the bottom of it ripping, and the thread coming off. I honestly can’t believe the state of he card holder, especially considering i use it it like a wallet, in my pocket or on the side. We reached out to them on email a few times before getting a response. Their first email back was telling me how to use it (as if it’s not obvious). They then said no refunds, which is fair, I don’t mind that. But no replacement or even fix on it is shocking. Customer service was terrible after that, they just air every single email after. I wouldn’t buy from there again. I’m now having to look for another card holder 4 months later. How poor is that. See the photos…

Their photoshoots & brand look captured my attention on Instagram. Their limited drops are cool & always the best quality. Shipping takes a bit to get to you, but it is worth the wait. I love their hat & new clothing pieces. It'd be awesome if they partnered with a store so we could try on in person. I'm super interested in checking out their sunglasses as well as their leather wallet. The story behind the name is super fun!

Business does not offer returns - only exchanges or store credit. This is disappointing for a modern business to not offer refunds especially when product descriptions are not completely accurate. The business has extremely low inventory for products and for the most popular sizes and doesn't get new items often. When they do they sell out within hours. So if you get store credit it's near impossible to use it which means you've essentially are losing money.

How disappointing my wallet for my son was to have arrived nov 28th, it did not make it to me in Alberta CAN. It finally arrives after 3 1/2 weeks on Dec 1 - empty box, the item was stolen from an UPS worker somewhere in its travels to Missouri UPS. when the package arrived to Calgary the box was empty no one bothered to contact us, as this is a Christmas gift I reached out to Every Other Thursday to see what they can do as good customer service only to find out the item was now sold out, so not only was it stolen, they don’t have the walker. So basically it was you get a refund now piss off. We wanted to support this company and continue ordering, I honestly thought they would step up to the plate and offer a Guft Card, a free cap, or another wallet or something if significant and that they genuinely care about their clientele. I have reached out via email 5 times and no one is even responding to say I am so sorry here’s what we can do to make this right for you. Today is Dec 7th and no resolution to date. Please beware b4 you purchase from here - especially supporting a company who clearly is only in it to make money and not care about how they got to be where they are today Maria
