We prioritize animal welfare and sustainability in our sourcing practices. All of the farmed animals that go into our food are raised humanely, for the beef and lamb, this means 100% grass-fed and regeneratively ranched. Poultry is Global Animal Partnership welfare certified. We have signed on the the Better Chicken commitment and will meet all of its criteria by the end of the year. We use pastured eggs and certified organic produce.
