Do not trust this company! They will send you crappy faulty shower heads with no way of replacing the filter, correspond with you via email for nearly a year, promise to send a new shower head multiple times, and never follow through. It's a scam! You will be stuck with an expensive piece of plastic trash with additional filters that you pay individually for via subscription and no way of replacing the old one. The shower head I received was suppose to have a part to screw off to replace the filter and the thing was fused together with no way to replace the filter. Also, I'm pretty sure the customer support via email is just a bot and not even a real person. I was talking with someone named "Skye". They did not speak like a human being, repeating themselves like a bot.

I got my eskiin shower head the other day.i installed it today the installation was simple and quick. I love this shower head. I have smelly well water. This filtered shower head eliminates that terrible smell. I am very pleased with this product!

First of all, it was difficult to install. I had a handyman help me …and paid for that ! then the water pressure is terrible in it. It’s barely a light light rain and my silver hair is turning yellow from it …so I need to send it back ! I don’t notice any difference in the softness.

My product came with scratches on the face of the shower head. I assumed it was a used product and didn’t want it. My complaint was responded to quickly with promises of a resolution and attention by management but I heard nothing over two weeks. I have requested a refund but will also complain to Amex and request the charge be reversed.

I have been blown away using eskiin. Not only has my hair and skin never felt better but the water pressure is unmatched!! I have been using eskiin for just over 3 months and I will never use another shower head. I am so so grateful!

RUN AWAY-Fake websites, paid influencers. No 3rd party testing. Poor customer service. This must be the worst customer service operations I've ever read about or encountered: Took 6.5 weeks, and I sent 21 emails, but I did receive my refund. Note, I never even installed the showerhead. I sent it back in perfect original packaging. As a challenge to them (and some masochism), I made it a point to see if I could in fact get a refund using their 60 day guarantee... I hopped through all the hoops they threw at me...and I finished it

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Terrible customer service. Defrauded me as I paid for two shower heads. Only sent one. I returned the one to them only credited me for one after promising full credit of course. Won’t email back for months at a time. Anyone is better than this company ! BUYER BEWARE !!!!

I purchased the Eskiin shower head due to the excellent reviews and stories of improved skin and hair with usage. I have sensitive skin and was excited to try! However, I could detect no change in the water on my skin or hair. Also, stories of improved water flow did not happen to me, in fact the exact opposite. My flow decreased. Just in case it could be caused by my on-demand water heater, so had it flushed out by my plumber. Not change at all. After trying all steps I could think if to be able to use the Eskiin product, I gave up and asked to return for a refund. However, that can only be done if I have the exact same packaging as received, which I did not think to save all. My refund was denied. I also asked to return an extra filter that I did not want so soon after the purchase since the original should last 3 months. I was told I could return but would only receive a refund minus the postage and restocking fee. So rather than fill the trash with it, I decided to go ahead and return and hopefully it can be recycled. The shower head has to go into the landfill since it is not recyclable. I am surprised that the company would rather their unwanted goods be trashed rather than be recycled. I also wonder why they have made such a stringent return policy, almost as if they don't want to refund an unhappy customer. Maybe too many of them???

We received our Eskiin shower head a couple days ago, installed it and it is amazing!! Installation was so easy, less than 3 minutes. Our water pressure increased significantly and we can already tell the difference in our skin and my hair!! So far it is GREAT!! I would define recommend and their customer service is great too, immediately responded to my email about when my next filter would be shipped.
