ENOF reviews and discussion

I love using this to add some veggies to boxed mac and cheese. It doesn't even add an extra step to make the mac. It does have a slight vegetable taste if you add a few serving sizes to something, but it can go undetected. I don't think it makes "enof" of a difference in my diet to keep using it, but I can see it being more helpful for pickier eaters.
