I first encountered Ellenos Greek Yogurt at the farmers market in Seattle. There was always a long line and I decided to find out why it was so popular. I went home with a large container of mango Greek yogurt. It didn’t last long. It’s so creamy and rich, it’s like dessert. I love all their flavors. One of the seasonal flavors is pumpkin. Almost like a pumpkin cheesecake.
