Within a week, the major depression that comes with my pms symptoms was mostly alleviated. A month in, it appears I have found the solution to my severe pms symptoms. Cycle Balance complements my lifestyle and enhances my self-care practices. I am so thankful I finally gave elix a try.

I love my hormone balancing tincture! It tastes great, and more importantly I notice when I miss a month. It makes my pms less horrible, less acne, mood swings, etc.. while it doesn’t make my symptoms disappear, it does lessen them a noticeable amount.

I’ve been using these drops for 5 weeks, and was surprised how fast I started noticing improvement. There was a shift in my cycle but I continued the drops, and I’m so glad I did. You can tell by the packaging, their customer service and website, and of course the results, that Elix offers superior quality products. The taste is not bad and the drops are so convenient. The best part is, you’re not spending money temporarily covering up symptoms, but rather supporting your body with these drops to become balanced long term. Great product - I love their daily harmony blend! These products have really amazing ingredients in it, however you don't always notice a difference right away unless you use it consistently!! <3 Really nice to add into a tea each day.
