I've had the opportunity to try out all three flavours and love how the flavour combinations come together for each of the individual cakes. The mixes are also versatile and you can bake them with whole milk, plant based alternatives or buttermilk so they are perfect as gifts as well!

So good for any occasion, like family gatherings, potlucks, or even as a special treat for yourself. The taste is rich and decadent, with a subtle olive oil flavor that is not overpowering. The cake has a light and fluffy texture, making it easy to cut and serve. The ingredients used in the mix are of high quality and organic, which adds to the overall appeal of the product. I absolutely enjoyed making it and of course trying it!

My favorite cake! The vanilla with a taste of lemon was so delicate and light, and i enjoyed the entire baking process. Great as an after-dinner treat but even better with morning coffee! I suggest this cake!

Being a foodie but also an - aesthetic comes first - kind of gal, sets the bar already high when it comes to food. Elia’s cake mixes were everything I wanted for my palate to experience and more. The chocolate and espresso one was moist and delicious while the other two, the vanilla bean with a hint of lemon and the Grecian one, surprised me with their fresh and interesting flavour profiles. From the first bite, it was obvious that the cake’s ingredients are top notch and one of the reasons I wanted to try Elia’s products. With only a spoon (and what spoon that is! Made from Greece sourced olive wood) and a couple of ingredients I was able to enjoy a delicious dessert and feel proud to present it to my family. Highly recommended if you want to impress your foodie friends and feel the ultimate hostess.
