I just got my order in today, and my first impressions are very positive. I like the look of the packaging and the taste mixed in plain water is neutral trending pleasant. The powder seems to dissolve well with just shaking. Im starting with 1/4 serving (3.5 grams or so) and will increase that gradually up to a full serving. I'll update this review in a couple of weeks. Im hoping to see some noticeable results given the cost of this powder. Update: I've now finished my first full bag and am starting my second. Im now using a full scoop serving size. At no point do i feel like i experienced any digestive upset, but i did scale up pretty gradually. I do feel like when I'm including Edens in my diet consistently that I have better overall satiety, fewer sugar cravings and overall just feel better. I'm going to stick with it, as it's an easy addition to my daily smoothie.
