I love this brand because they plant-based ice cream that's creamy and delicious. The Cookie Butter is so good that it's something I didn't know I wanted until I tried it.

i did not enjoy this ice cream. tried the cookie butter flavor and i couldn’t not finish it. odd texture (didn’t melt!) & flavor.

Sustainable and a brand you can rely on to keep getting better. I enjoyed them before they started using expeller-pressed (which is a definite improvement) and before they had the yummy Bon Bons. I love how sustainable they are and will keep on following them :)

I tried Eclipse ice cream twice and was thoroughly impressed the second time. The cookie butter flavor was okay but tasted watery; the midnight chocolate flavor was incredible and tasted way better than any other store bought vegan chocolate ice cream I have tried.

I worked at an ice cream shop for several years, so I'm no stranger to the dairy game. Eclipse is among the best ice cream I've ever had -- dairy-free or otherwise. I wouldn't be surprised if their cookie butter flavor becomes a classic like Phish Food or Half Baked.
