Reviews mention

  • Aesthetic, photogenic packaging
  • Innovative, caffeine-free formulations
  • Pleasant, comforting aromas
  • Distinct, seasonal flavor options
  • Chalky, gritty texture
  • Weak, inconsistent flavor
  • Poor powder dissolution
  • Overstated wellness claims

Blume earns mixed reviews: fans say the drinks taste enjoyable (notably Strawberry Hibiscus, Pumpkin Spice, and Reishi Hot Cocoa) and can support hydration or a soothing, caffeine‑free ritual, but many report weak flavor, chalky texture, and poor dissolution. Reviews of Blume also flag overblown wellness claims and inconsistent blend quality, so buy for the aesthetics and occasional standout flavors rather than reliable function.

  • I like the idea of having a coffee or tea alternative and see the possibility of the different uses you could use the blends for but the two I tried looked visually better then they tasted for my preference. I added a lot of maple syrup.

Generally really like the idea but maybe need to try a few different ones or different drink recipe to find what suits my preference best.

  • Terrible customer service and they have loops to jump through to use their promo codes. They're expensive and there are other products that are better.

  • Bought the Nutnog and Gingerbread- decided to try one before giving it as Xmas presents. This was horrible. Tried the Nut Nog and it has a chemical taste that just was putred. Smelled like spices when you put it into the cup-- but has a real chemical odor when you add liquid. I have smelt it before in concoctions at David's Tea.... followed the instructions on the back of the package and took a sip.... terrible! Asked my husband to have a sip and he too said it tastes aweful. Like chemicals. My adult daughter is pregnant and there is just no way I am giving this to her to consume. Save yourself the money! I am taking it back to Wholefoods for a full refund.

  • This is really underwhelming. I tried the salted caramel. It smells good but the taste sure doesn't measure up, even using a tbsp intead of the recommended tsp. It's quite expensive and claims to be quite nutritious but has almost no nutritional value from what i can see on the lable.. Flavour is really not great. Won't be buying this again.

  • Bought for an employee, bad experience with Customer Service. There is no help and not even attempt to try helping. Will NEVER EVER support this company again.

  • I can't say anything about the product since I haven't received it yet. It's been three weeks and no word. No tracking! I'm turned off of even trying it. I just want my 75.00 back

  • I really like the Blume hot chocolate, so I was excited to try the salted caramel. I was quite disappointed with it - to me it tastes bad! To the point where I'll be throwing it away as I just can't drink it. Very disappointing considering the high cost.

  • Tried the salted caramel and the pumpkin spice and they taste terrible. Thick chalky tasting with an after taste. I throes them both a couple times a couple ways to make sure I was giving it a fair chance. Really disappointed. Lots of hype on this expensive brand but there are much better tasting non caffeinated beverages.

  • Love the idea and packaging. I got the Blue Lavender blend and taste wasn't as great as I would have hoped for.
