I LOVE doublesoul! Serious the most comfortable socks I own and ordering more. As a busy personal trainer I feel like I’m constantly wearing through socks and these socks hold their value. I can’t recommend them enough, you have to try them for yourself!

If I could rate this company negative 5 it would be too high. I cannot even review the product because I still haven't received my order that was placed over 2 weeks ago for Christmas gifts. I have reached out to the CEO Allison to be told the order was shipped more than once but when checking the tracking to see the order hasn't even been picked up to be shipped. Now that I have asked for a refund she says they have shipped and are in transit. Of course, right? But hey taking my money was immediate. Thanks again, Allison.

I only received half my order with no explanation as to why and customer service was not the least bit helpful. I’m trying to cancel the rest of order now and get my refund. This order was a Christmas gift, too late for that now. The company should revisit how they handle out of stock items that have already been ordered and better train customer service to assist when an order has been delayed and provide immediate help in either canceling the order or selecting a different item The socks may be great but customer service and transparency are lack luster at best Update: 12/30/24 Still waiting. I started this customer service process on 12/17/24, one week before Christmas I have now been requesting a cancellation and refund for the missing sock, but Allison, the customer service rep, has stated it was already processed but I have not received an email and/or tracking number to confirm my order is on its way I’ve worked customer service in the past and this is a simple issue and should never take nearly 2 weeks to resolve Seriously Doublsoul, you can do better Final update. 1/4/25 I finally received my missing socks yesterday and I also received a full refund on my credit card I modified my review based on a conversation I had with Allison at Doublesoul After dealing with Allison in customer service via email, I found their customer service number online. I called and who should answer but Allison, which took me by surprise. I asked if she was the only person in customer service and she said yes-wow! She said they’ve been in business for 2 years but their business just exploded over the past couple of months and clearly the company was not prepared They will be adding to staff to accommodate their growth I had a nice conversation with her and that does explain some things Sounds like the customer service issues should be resolved as they continue to build their business Thank you Allison

I love this brand. So many different types of socks to choose from it really is heaven! These make great gifts for those who didn't even know they were missing out!

Super comfy, well fitting socks and maintain their shape well even after wash. I like all the different aesthetics of socks they have, they’re all so fun and cute! I appreciate the range of sock sizes they offer too.

I got a size M in the low sock and wear a women's 8.5/9 and they fit perfectly. They're really soft and comfortable and aren't bunchy or tight which is something that makes or break a certain sock for me. I find with a lot of really soft ankle socks too that they slip down my heel, specifically when I wear sneakers, but these ones hold up really well and have a thicker heel tab to support them which is also great. I also really enjoy knowing that they are sustainably and ethically made, I try to be a more conscious shopper so its exciting to know my socks are good quality and earth-friendly too! I definitely recommend them.

Got a size L of the mixed variety pack because I liked how it had my typical basic colors and a few different ones. I usually wear Nike or Vans and like these a lot more. They have a lot more color options available for men’s styles in general and they’re really nice quality. Their stretchiness is something that I find very comfortable. I also made a small mistake with ordering the wrong size but got it fixed pretty quick so appreciated the customer service

I’ve repurchased these socks multiple times, I LOVE how soft and comfortable they are. They are really nice everyday socks — I look for ones that are good quality since I stand a lot for work, and need to wash them often. They have held up insanely well while still being cute and cozy! I love the wide variety of designs they offer, my favorite design is the pink + grey stripes, which are the perfect pair for me and my style.

I absolutely love these socks!! I purchased the low, quarter, and high socks and wear them every single day. I honestly get a little bummed when I have to wear my non-doublesoul socks. They’re all sooo soft and comfortable and each have the right amount of compression where it feels secure, but not too tight where it’s suffocating my ankles/ feet. I wear sneakers or little chelsea boots the most and the quarter socks are the perfect length where it won’t slip down but aren’t too tall that they stick out of my boots. I also love that they’re sustainable and have so many different colors and styles. I love to pick my socks based on my outfit vibes and it just makes getting ready a little more fun. I honestly could not recommend these socks more, they are AMAZING.

I am so happy to have FINALLY found socks that are affordable, comfortable, cool, cute, SO soft and make any outfit. Doublesoul finally lets me express myself each and everyday... It's an amazing unlock and their customer service is SO great -- they respond within minutes!! I was between two different styles and the founder of the business even reached out to me to help - SO cool.

Unfortunately terrible quality. I really wanted to like them and i do love their look and designs, but for an $80 set + shipping = $100 and to have one pair be destroyed after 30 minutes of walking is crazy. If i wanted to buy socks for just sitting in the house I wouldn’t pay this much. There are threads coming out everywhere and insane pilling after not even being washed. I would spend your money elsewhere if you plan to wear these with a variety of shoes that could irritate the cheaply done work.

So far, I'm really happy with my doublesoul socks. I love the vibrant lime colour, and they seem really well made. They're thick, and supportive. I received compliments the first time I wore them!

Wow! Talk about walking on clouds! Super soft and brightly colored, it makes it an easy decision to include them in my fits. The fact that the socks are made from recycled yarns makes it an easy buy. I think more companies should be trying to do something cool while also respecting our world.

I am IN LOVE with these socks. I would give a 6 out of 5 if I could. The material has a soft, smooth feel. There's a weight and thickness to the sock that gives it a cushy feel without being bulky. The arch squeezes the mid foot for just the right amount of support. The sole is giving soft footbed. I have worn them for walks, during workouts, and at the roller rink. They were super comfy in all situations. I NEVER wear socks and sandals, but these were so comfy I wore them with my Birkenstoks and never looked back.

Colors and design got me curious about Doublesoul socks. I got the Hi-Lo mixed pack and have been pretty happy with them. My go-to sock is the Nike Dri-FIT Training crew sock - an ole classic. While I won't be replacing my entire sock drawer with Doublesoul, they've definitely become my special occasion socks. The colors are unique, you can tell the cotton and construction are definitely high quality, and they are definitely more "cushiony" if that makes sense 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was pretty excited for this Thingdrop as socks are something I use every day, so I know I would get a ton of use out of them. Even more exciting was that the brand claims these socks are sustainably and ethically made. As someone who is trying be more mindful about what they buy, I was glad to get another item from a company that was trying to do good. As someone who loves getting fun socks, the six-pack of socks I got with the Thingdrop was different than what I typically go for. I try to avoid entirely solid colors because that's just not very fun! But there are occasions where a solid color may be needed, so these socks could definitely come in handy. I also do prefer ankle socks, but since it has been cold lately, I cannot be mad about the high socks. Now onto the product I received, I cannot say I am too happy with what I got. The first thing that stuck out to me was that these were really not all that soft! Compared to other more expensive brands like Happy Socks, which I love, I would not call these socks super comfortable. I had no issues wearing them, but I feel like since they are advertised as "butter-soft", it should live up to that- especially when a pack of six normally costs over $50. The second issue was a bigger one, one that I don't think I have ever experienced even with the less pricy socks I usually purchase. After a day of wear, there were small strings sticking out at the bottom! I was pretty shocked this happened not even after a single wash. I have attached a picture to this review so you can see what I mean. That is very disappointing for what is supposed to be a high-quality product. For that reason, I sadly have to give these socks a pretty negative review.

These socks are the best! I mean the colors alone are worth it, but the thickness, breathability are amazing. Love these socks and only buying these from now on.

I purchased this item from the website, a 6pk of low socks, no discount. They arrived very fast. I bought them to see how they stand up to Zumba.class. I do Zumba 3 times a week. You do alot of jumping etc. When I took them out of the package I noticed how soft they are. One thing I do like is it is aerated on the top and double cushioned on the bottom, (I took a picture of the white pair so you can see). I need the double cushion on the bottom and then the less bulk on the top. I thought they were on the pricey side but would have to check out others and compare. As far as packing goes, when they arrived they were just loose in the bag. Maybe they can work on that! I will continue to test them and if anything changes I will edit and let you know.

Good sock. Does what socks do. We'll see how long they last they don't seem very abrasion resistant. Bought with Supertester discount, otherwise don't think they can justify their high price point.
