Total scam. Be aware that you will never ręce your products. Communication is poor plus they claim they sent it while there is no delivery for months. Extremely disappointing experience, especially if you made purchase as a gift. Thefts.

Delivery - slow to arrive. Quality - can't comment as product remains unopened. Service - appalling and that's being kind. The day after I made the order (having already been told there was a shipping delay) I emailed to let them know someone else had bought the same gift for whom I'd bought the product, could they hold off sending and refund. They came back to say they couldn't, fair enough. When the product eventually arrived, I got in touch through the prescribed email address on their website. TLDR - 2 weeks later and multiple emails later, I'm no closer to being given a refund process. They have a no return in a month no refund policy and clearly they are just time wasting to reach that point. Dreadful service and experience. Will not be using again. Quite literally the only poor experience I've had since black friday having bought dozens of items online as gifts

I tried to make an order with them. They said they tried to ship my order but the custom rejected it (all the infos I provided were correct, and the tracking showed it didn't even left china before going back to them), so they could not reimburse me. I opened a chargeback on my card and they told me they would reimburse me if I closed it first, which of course I had no intention of doing, as I wouldn't be able to open it again. Following my credit card customer service suggestion, I asked them to just accept the chargeback request but of course they denied so I'm just waiting for my chargeback to go through on its own now. Really DO NOT RECCOMEND.
