Extremely Disappointed - Cheap Quality, Misleading Marketing I recently purchased a bag from this store after seeing their advertisements on Instagram, and I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. The bag is of very poor quality, made from a material that feels as flimsy as a bin bag. Despite the store's claims of being "designed in Australia," the actual product is cheaply made in China and nowhere near worth the price they are charging. The fabric is nothing like what was advertised, and the overall feel of the bag is just terrible. It's clear that this brand is more focused on flashy marketing than delivering a quality product. I feel completely misled and regret making this purchase. Do not fall for the Instagram marketing scam. Save your money and avoid this store at all costs.

I purchased an expensive top and shorts set for my wife. The items arrived, were immediately tried on and found to be too large, and returned to the packaging for what I hoped would be an easy exchange for a smaller size. Unfortunately, that’s when the nightmare began. First, be aware that your only options are exchange or store credit. No refunds. Next, return shipping is on you. If you’re in the US, that’s at least $40 for US Post to Australia. After the ten day transit and a 14 day wait, we got what I assumed was a smaller size shipped back. Imagine our surprise when the same size was in the package. I used the online chat only to be told that the items were soiled and not eligible for an exchange. Supposedly pictures had been emailed to us but we never got them. This is utter nonsense. There was a 1/2” dust smudge from the packaging that rubbed off at the slightest touch. This company is terrible and ripped us off.

Ordered a set of pillowcases and a fitted sheet. Both are comfortable and visually accurate in terms of color and design. However they are poorly made- the fitted sheet already has a tear at one of the seams after one wash. I'll continue to use them as long as I can, but won't be purchasing again.

I have an 03 lounge set by Deiji Studios in pinstripe, size M/L. It’s breathable and fairly comfortable! I like the oversized way it fits on my frame (5’1, 130 pounds) but I do think it looks better in pictures, especially ones where it’s styled off the shoulder. In real life it can be hard for the material to stay loose that way until you wash it and relax the linen. I’m hoping it’ll sit on me well after it softens! It’s a good set for summer to lounge around the house in. Personally I wouldn’t sleep in this because I’m not a pajama set person (I prefer a big loose t shirt) and the linen is a bit tough but I can see it softening up as it ages which is awesome! The quality of the fabric is quite nice, thick, breathable, and durable and I can justify the high price for the longevity and material.

Agree with the review below that the website is deceiving. The quality of the garment feels like a $30 piece. The workmanship is horrendous, and the material is not any better. The "100% cotton" items are DEFINITELY NOT 100% cotton. It feels more like a cheap polyester blend, which makes this site a scam, not just misleading because it states that the item is 100% linen/ cotton. Everything is made in China, and there is absolutely no quality control. For a brand to be promoting ethical and sustainable clothing under the guise of deceiving statements, photography and branding, borders on scummy. Im not sure where all the money into the garments went to, but for the prices they are charging, it is definitely not reflecting that.

The website is very deceiving about where the clothing comes from. It is MADE in China and only DESIGNED in Australia. I let you imagine the quality of something made in China. When you pay $165 for a white plain dress, where does all the money go.. Manufacturing ain’t receiving that check. Think twice before purchasing off of a brand that is simply a gentrification of simplicity & minimalism. I ended up with a dress that is I thought would be made sustainably but unfortunately, is apart of the fast fashion problem we see today.

Don’t shop from this brand if you want to have helpful customer service. They first promised my item would arrive by an inaccurate date forcing me to discuss having to send it to the holiday destination which they then set on for a further couple days meaning I may never receive it. They also didn’t ask for crucial information before sending it. I am now without the item and also still awaiting refund for weeks from a sent back item. Legal action is being considered
